Pay Your Dues

This letter will be emailed to all residents. I am including it here as well for your reference. To read the 2025 Letter, please click HERE

We have two options for paying your yearly Orangewood HOA dues. Thank you in advance for your timely payment!

Option One – Pay via check Send a check for $350.00 to:

Please note – there is a $50 late fee after March 1st, and $100 late fee after July 1st

Option Two – Pay via Paypal

  1. Click on the tab ‘PAY YOUR DUES’ 
  2. Click the link (paypal.me/orangewoodpaypal) 
  3. Select the “Send” option
  4. Enter $350 in the amount field
  5. In the Note field enter your name AND address in the memo field
    1. DO NOT PUT THE WORD ‘DUES’ in the notes section (it causes us to be charged $10). 
    2. The Paypal option is free. If you use a credit card you also have to pay a fee of $10. 
  6. Click Send
  7. There will  be an option to select Friends and Family or for Goods and Service.  Please select Friends and Family to avoid the fee. 
  • Note that ACH/Checking is free.
  • Credit card payments are charged a processing fee of $10. If you want to use a credit card, please submit payment in the amount of $360 to cover the fee.
